Will this work for a Music Therapy degree?

I am going to be entering Lyon College this fall to earn a Music degree. Originally, I wanted to be a choir teacher, but recently I found Music Therapy to be better suited to my likes and personality. Since everything is all set up for Lyon and I have a really nice scholarship to go there, I don’t want to go anywhere else for my bachelor’s degree. If I was to graduate from Lyon with a Music degree, would I be able to then attend an accredited school to take the remaining courses needed to obtain a Music Therapy degree, or would I have to get another four-year degree?
