start with asking them to explain their techniques and their answer will inspire follow-up questions to ask. Ask what kind of music they use, how they got interested in the subject, why they choose one kind of music over another, what is/are the success rates of their methods, and how do they determine whether they have been successful with the patient. All that should be enough to get you started. And wikipedia "music therapy", too.
